The procedure for ordering a Lessinia guitar is very simple, just a few steps are needed:

1. Fill out the form specifying your data and the guitar you are interested in.
2. I will get back to you as soon as possible, providing you with a quote and confirming waiting times. Thanks to these emails we will be able to discuss any doubts or special requests.
3. In case you want to confirm the order I will send you the necessary data for the payment of the deposit. I ask for a 200€ deposit for each guitar.
4. I will get back to you when I’m ready to start building your guitar. If you like, I can send you some photos of the construction process.
5. Once the guitar is completed I will notify you and provide you with the balance payment information.
6. The guitar will be shipped or delivered by hand, should you wish to come and visit the workshop.
7. In the future, in the event of problems attributable to construction errors, I will provide free assistance and repairs (the customer will carry all shipping and customs costs).
